Instructions for Downloading your E-Book:
1. First, print out a copy of this page, and have it handy when you start to download your PDF e-book. To print out a copy, put your mouse over any part of this paragraph and RIGHT click. Choose Print. Or, simply choose Print from the top toolbar.
2. To download the PDF e-book, following these instructions:
3. For PC Users: Place your Mouse cursor (the arrow on your screen) over the download link above and RIGHT click with your RIGHT Mouse button. From the Drop-Down menu choose “Save Link As” (if you use Netscape) or “Save Target As” (if you use Internet Explorer to view Web sites).
4. For Mac Users: Position the Mouse over the download link, and click and hold down until a popup menu appears. Choose “Download Link to Disk”.
5. Save the link to wherever you would like to view it from (usually your computer’s desktop, which is the main screen you see when you turn on your computer). Make sure to write down exactly where you’re saving the file BEFORE you hit the “save” button, so you can find it on your computer’s hard drive later.

5. After the file has finished downloading, go to your computer’s desktop and find the icon (small graphic) for the PDF file. Click on it.
6. You can view the PDF e-book from your computer screen, or you can click on the “print” button and print out a copy, which we do recommend.
If you can’t open the file:
In order to view the PDF file, you must have a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your system. The vast majority of computer systems come with Adobe Acrobat Reader already installed. So, chances are very good that you have this software already installed. If you do, the PDF file will open, and you’re in business.
If you don’t have a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader on your system and the PDF file doesn’t open, go to the following Web site and download a copy:

Follow their instructions step by step on how to download the program. Print out a copy of the installation instructions, and follow those instructions. Once the software has been installed, you’ll be able to view your PDF e-book.
